The Cato Log newsletter is associated with and operates using MailerLite, whose privacy policy can be found here. The Cato Log is sent once a month, usually on the first Tuesday, with infrequent additional mailings to notify subscribers of book sales and new releases. By submitting your email address and checking the agreement box in the subscription form, you agree to receive The Cato Log. You are free to unsubscribe at any time using the link found at the bottom of every newsletter. In addition, you have the right to be forgotten, with your data completely removed from MailerLite’s system; initiating and verifying completion of this step requires direct communication with me via the Contact Form.

I never give your personal information to anyone else without your permission EXCEPT in cases of extreme harassment. Trolling behaviors may also nullify the commenter’s right to be forgotten, as such records may be necessary for legal purposes.
